in network marketing. In network marketing there are two major functions that your team provides. First is
support. When talking to a prospect you will often want to have a teammate validate what you are telling them. This

with and who will give you a push when you need it to reach a goal.
The other thing that a team gives you is the residual income that is so important to building your financial freedom. Without a team you would have to work very hard to make a lot of sales in order to make any money. With a team, or downline, you make money from the efforts of everyone.
In Nikken your income comes from multiple sources. First, for everything you personally sell, you earn the difference between the selling price and the wholesale price. That is normally 20% of the selling price unless you sold the item at a discount. You also earn up to 20% of the wholesale price depending on your rank. It is 0% when you start then inceases by 5% for each rank up to 20% at Silver. For product that you purchase at wholesale for yourself, you also earn up to 20% based on your rank.
The largest part of your earning potential comes from your team. You are paid up to 20%, based on your rank and theirs, from everything that your downline sells until they reach Silver. This is called an override and is figured from your rebate less their rebate. For example, if you are Silver and your downline Executive sells something, you get 20% (Silver rebate) less 10% (Executive rebate) or 10%. As your downline team keeps advancing you want to keep adding new members to keep your commissions high, both due to new member's rebates being lower and the number of people that you are earning commissions on.
Once your downline consultant reaches Silver they "break away". When that happens you no longer earn commissions from them directly based on their rank or yours. You earn overrides from break away downlines at a flat 6%. Now as you increase ranks you add to the number of levels deep that you earn your override. At Silver you earn the override at two levels deep. So if you are Silver, have a frontline Silver person and they have a frontline Silver, you earn 6% of both of them. For each rank you increase you add a level to the depth that you earn the override up to 6 levels at Royal Diamond.
One last thing about joining this team.
